Amazing experience. Roman is incredibly professional and excellent at his work. He’s a true gentleman. He diagnosed and fixed our furnace in a matter of minutes. Another hvac company came out mid December (the coldest December in recent memory), misdiagnosed the non-working furnace, ordered the wrong part, and we were without heat for over a month. We were tired of waiting so that’s when we went looking for a second opinion and had the fortune of finding Roman. He came out right away, gave his diagnosis, and fixed the furnace on the spot without ordering any special parts. The heat felt so good. It’s currently our happiest memory of 2023.
